A 3.5% convenience Fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Fee is waived for all cash / check transactions. Payment is due in full at the time of services. No shows (clients and / or pets) or cancellations not made with 24 hours or more notice will owe the full house call exam fee payable at that time. Any unpaid balance that is due over 30 days will accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge or 18% per annum. If the unpaid balance is turned over to a collection agency then a fee ranging from 25% - 50% will be added to the total balance due. Pets may require more attention and these fees are an estimate which may vary depending on the pet's needs at the time services are rendered. By continuing with the booking you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Mobile House Call Exam Fees:
Wellness Visit: $150 - $200
Sick Pet Exam: $175 - $300
Urgent Care: $250 - $400
Exotic Pet: add $50 to house call exam type (well, sick or urgent + 50)
Multipet: There is not an additional house call fee but only the reduced additional exam fee of $70 per additional dog or cat seen at the same visit if there is time. The additional multipet fee for an exotic is $85 but many times there is not time to add on an exotic as they take more time. If it is a flock then there would only be one additional multipet exotic fee and not per each bird.
Recheck / Follow Up: Half of the initial visit house call exam for that pet within 30 days or less for the same problem or reason.
Hospice House Call: $150 - $300
In Home Euthanasia: $430, Includes simple ink paw print and lock of hair, from RVeterinary, if desired .
Optional cremation services available, if desired. See next page on cremation services.
Distance Fee:
An additional commute fee may be added to the house call charge for travel time greater than the included 40 minutes.

0 - 40 min = included
41 - 50 min = $50
51 - 60 min = $75
61 plus min = $100 +, May be limited availability.
Diagnostics, Vaccines, Preventatives and Treatment Fees:
These are in addition to the house call exam fees and any additional travel fees and are tailored to your pet's specific needs.
These costs can vary upon the specific pet's breed, life style, health and medical needs. Your pet's exam findings, preventatives, recommendations as well as diagnostic and treatment options and an estimate, can be discussed during the visit which together can help you to determine how to proceed with what's best for your pet and your family. Sometimes there may need to be a follow up exam as some things may take longer or the pet may not allow treatment with out a sedative.
